The housing market is changing constantly. The government strongly influences these developments. The measures taken by the government have created stagnation in the market of private resale properties. Planned government measures will lead to an improved functioning of the market of rental properties. As imbalances between occupation of social housing and level of income will be dealt with, rent increases will be possible. This will make households move from the controlled rent sector to houses that are a better fit for their desires.

GREEN sees a future market with possibilities that are created from the question: 'Is this house still appropriate considering the renter and its income or should that house be created?'
